본 방침은 윤진게임즈("개발자")가 개발한 퍼즐 게임 헥사 컬러 머지("앱")에 적용됩니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

앱은 회원가입을 요구하지 않습니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호를 묻지 않으며 물을 화면이 없습니다.

한 판이 끝날 때 다음이 전송됩니다.

익명 식별자

익명 식별자는 앱을 설치할 때 자동으로 만들어지는 무작위 문자열입니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호·구글 계정·기기 식별자와 연결되지 않습니다. 기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 다시 설치해도 기록이 돌아오게 하는 데만 씁니다.

이 기록은 다른 사람에게 공개되지 않습니다. 앱에 순위표가 없고, 자기 기록은 자기만 읽을 수 있습니다.

이와 별개로 앱이 비정상 종료되면 크래시 로그(기기 모델, 안드로이드 버전, 오류가 난 지점)가 전송됩니다.

광고를 표시하기 위해 Google Mobile Ads SDK가 안드로이드 광고 ID · IP 주소 · 앱 상호작용 · 진단 정보를 수집하고 구글의 광고 네트워크와 공유합니다. 자세한 것은 아래 6절에 있습니다.

2. 수집하지 않는 정보

이름·이메일·전화번호·생년월일·주소를 수집하지 않습니다. 연락처·사진·파일·마이크·카메라에 접근하지 않습니다. 위치 정보를 정밀·대략 모두 수집하지 않습니다. 결제 정보를 수집하지 않습니다 — 앱에 인앱 구매가 없습니다.

다른 플레이어와 주고받는 기능이 없습니다. 채팅·공유·친구가 없고, 사용자가 입력해서 남에게 보이는 글자가 한 곳도 없습니다.

3. 네트워크 사용

앱은 기록 백업·광고·크래시 보고를 위해 안드로이드 인터넷 권한을 요청합니다. 다른 용도는 없습니다.

게임 전체가 오프라인으로 동작합니다. 연결이 없으면 기록은 기기 안에만 저장되고 어떤 정보도 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 비행기 모드에서도 첫 실행부터 게임오버까지 그대로 진행됩니다.

4. 기기에 저장되는 것

앱은 다음을 기기 안에만 저장합니다.

진행 중인 판 — 보드, 점수, 턴, 난수 상태
최고 점수·최고 연쇄·최고 타일 레벨·플레이한 판 수
설정 — 테마, 사운드, 진동, 모션 축소, 색각 보조 패턴, 배치 방식
튜토리얼을 봤는지 여부

앱을 삭제하면 전부 지워집니다. 설정 화면의 「기록 초기화」로도 지울 수 있습니다.

5. 안드로이드 백업

안드로이드가 시스템 자동 백업 기능으로 이 저장 내용을 사용자 본인의 구글 드라이브에 복사할 수 있습니다. 앱을 다시 설치하거나 기기를 바꿔도 진행도가 돌아오게 하기 위한 것입니다.

이 백업은 개발자가 아니라 사용자의 것입니다. 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다. 설정 → Google → 백업에서 끌 수 있습니다.

6. 광고

앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다. 두 곳뿐입니다.

게임 화면에는 광고를 넣지 않습니다. 두던 판 위로 광고가 뜨는 일은 없습니다.

광고를 표시하기 위해 Google Mobile Ads SDK가 다음을 수집하고 구글의 광고 네트워크와 공유합니다. 개발자가 받아 보는 것이 아니라 구글이 직접 가져가는 것입니다.

목록은 구글이 게시한 Mobile Ads SDK 데이터 공개를 그대로 따릅니다. 전송은 TLS로 암호화됩니다.

이 정보는 구글이 직접 처리하며 개발자의 서버로는 오지 않습니다. 개발자는 이용자가 누구인지 알지 못합니다.

광고 ID는 안드로이드 설정에서 초기화하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다. 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고 에서 바꿉니다. 맞춤 설정을 꺼도 광고가 사라지지는 않고, 덜 관련된 광고가 나올 뿐입니다.

7. 데이터가 있는 곳

기록은 Google Firebase Firestore에 저장되며, 서버는 미국에 있습니다. 익명 로그인은 Firebase Authentication이 제공합니다. 크래시 로그는 Firebase Crashlytics, 사용 통계는 Google Analytics for Firebase가 처리합니다. 광고는 Google AdMob이 제공합니다.

구글은 개발자를 대신해 이 데이터를 처리합니다. Firebase 개인정보 및 보안, Google 광고 정책, Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고하십시오.

전송 구간은 모두 암호화(TLS)됩니다.

8. 보관과 삭제

서버에 올라간 기록은 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다.

삭제를 원하시면 계정 ID와 함께 ferg7979biz@gmail.com 으로 보내 주십시오. 30일 안에 지우겠습니다. 계정 ID는 앱의 설정 화면 맨 아래에 적혀 있습니다 — 회원가입이 없으므로 이것이 자기 기록을 가리키는 유일한 방법입니다.

앱을 삭제해도 이미 올라간 기록은 지워지지 않습니다. 기기 안의 것은 전부 사라지지만, 서버에 남은 줄은 요청하실 때까지 남습니다.

9. 아동

이 앱은 아동을 대상으로 만들어지지 않았으며, 만 14세 미만 아동에게서 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 수집한 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다.

앱은 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 외에 외부로 나가는 링크가 없고, 사용자가 입력한 내용이 다른 사람에게 보이는 곳도 없습니다.

10. 변경

앱이 여기 적히지 않은 것을 수집하게 되면, 그 버전이 나가기 전에 이 페이지와 Google Play의 데이터 보안 항목을 함께 갱신합니다.

Privacy Policy — Hexa Color Merge

This policy applies to Hexa Color Merge ("the App"), a puzzle game developed by Yunjin Games ("the Developer").

1. What we collect

The App has no sign-up. It never asks for a name, an email address or a phone number, and there is no screen on which to enter one.

When a game ends, the following is sent:

Your best score
Your longest chain
The highest tile level you reached
How many games you have played
An anonymous identifier

The anonymous identifier is a random string created when the App is installed. It is not linked to your name, email, phone number, Google account or device ID. Its only purpose is to bring your records back after a reinstall or on a new device.

These records are never shown to anyone else. The App has no leaderboard, and only you can read your own entry.

Separately, if the App crashes, a crash log (device model, Android version, where the failure happened) is sent.

To show ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects your Android advertising ID, IP address, app interactions and diagnostic information, and shares them with Google's advertising network. Section 6 has the detail.

2. What we do not collect

No name, email, phone number, date of birth or address. No access to contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera. No location, precise or coarse. No payment details — the App has no in-app purchases.

There is nothing you exchange with other players. No chat, no sharing, no friends, and nowhere that text you type becomes visible to anyone else.

3. Network access

The App requests the Android internet permission to back up records, to show ads and to report crashes. There is no other use.

The whole game works offline. With no connection, records stay on the device and nothing leaves it. In airplane mode the App runs end to end, from first launch to game over.

4. What is stored on your device

The App saves the following on your device only:

The game in progress — board, score, turn, random-number state
Best score, longest chain, highest tile level, games played
Settings — theme, sound, vibration, reduced motion, colour-blind patterns, placement mode
Whether you have seen the tutorial

Uninstalling the App deletes all of it. Reset records in Settings also clears it.

5. Android backup

Android may copy this saved data to your own Google Drive through the system's Auto Backup feature, so your progress returns when you reinstall the App or set up a new device.

This backup belongs to you, not to the Developer. The Developer has no access to it. You can turn it off in Settings → Google → Backup.

6. Ads

The App shows Google AdMob ads in two places only:

A banner at the bottom of the menu
An interstitial after a game ends

There are no ads on the play screen. Nothing ever covers the board you are playing.

To serve those ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects the following and shares it with Google's advertising network. The Developer does not receive it; Google takes it directly.

Android advertising ID and app set ID — advertising, fraud prevention
IP address — may be used to estimate the device's approximate location. Advertising, analytics, fraud prevention
App interactions (app launches, taps, video views) — advertising, analytics
Diagnostic information (performance of the App and the SDK) — analytics, fraud prevention

This list follows Google's published Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure. Transmission is encrypted with TLS.

Google handles this directly. It never reaches the Developer's servers, and the Developer does not know who you are.

You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in Settings → Privacy → Ads on your device. Opting out does not remove ads — it only makes them less relevant.

7. Where the data is held

Records are stored in Google Firebase Firestore, on servers located in the United States. Anonymous sign-in is provided by Firebase Authentication. Crash logs are handled by Firebase Crashlytics and usage statistics by Google Analytics for Firebase. Ads are served by Google AdMob.

Google processes this data on the Developer's behalf. See Firebase privacy and security, the Google advertising policy and the Google privacy policy.

All transmission is encrypted in transit (TLS).

8. Keeping and deleting data

A record on the server is kept until it is deleted.

To have yours removed, email ferg7979biz@gmail.com with your account ID. It will be deleted within 30 days. The account ID is printed at the bottom of the App's Settings screen — with no sign-up, it is the only way to point at your own record.

Uninstalling the App does not delete a record already sent. It removes everything on your device, but the row on the server remains until you ask for it to be deleted.

9. Children

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If we learn that we have, it is deleted immediately.

The App shows ads. Apart from ads there are no links out to other services, and nothing you type is ever visible to anyone else.

10. Changes

If the App ever collects something not described here, this page and the App's Data safety entry on Google Play will be updated before that version is released.
